Get ready.
A readiness check, tool access, and one real task to bring. Use redacted or synthetic material when the work is sensitive.
THE MOTION AI BOOT CAMP
A practical starting point for people ready to put AI to work. Build something useful, learn how to check it, and keep practicing until it becomes a habit.
THE PLANNED EXPERIENCE
Learning happens when the session becomes part of your working week.
A readiness check, tool access, and one real task to bring. Use redacted or synthetic material when the work is sensitive.
A proposed full-day boot camp with seven instructional hours: understand the tools, practice good instructions, build a first workflow, and Check the output.
Six proposed two-hour live labs via Microsoft Teams, approximately every other week over 12 weeks. Practice between labs, get feedback, and improve your project.
Demonstrate a repeatable workflow, explain how you verify it, and document how you will apply it at work.
The pilot roadmap is a planning basis. Final delivery format, session dates, inclusions, and enrollment terms will be confirmed before you pay.
PROPOSED LIVE-LAB ROADMAP
The same four-step method runs through every lab: Start. Build. Check. Apply.
Give an AI tool the task, context, constraints, and examples it needs.
Create a document, communication, or analysis you can inspect and improve.
Trace claims, recalculate numbers, challenge assumptions, and record the review.
Organize instructions and approved references around a recurring task.
Apply the workflow to a safe work example and capture what changed.
Demonstrate your project, explain the checks, and map the next improvement.
FOR SPONSORED PARTICIPANTS
If your cohort participates through Apprenticely, your coordinator will provide the official hours-tracking portal and program instructions.
Keep evidence of what you practiced and what you built. Your sponsor determines which activities count and how they are approved.
