What the form collects

Your name, email address, optional company name, selected interest, and message. A submission reference and submission time are also recorded.

Why it is collected

Motion AI uses these details to review and respond to your inquiry, discuss requested services, or help with participant access. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Where it is stored

Inquiries are processed and stored by Netlify Forms and sent as email notifications to Motion AI Training. Our Training email addresses forward to James’s Motion AI Systems mailbox so he can respond. Submissions are not publicly listed. The form shows an on-screen confirmation; it does not send you an automatic confirmation email.

Booking a call

The booking link opens Cal.com, which collects your booking details and checks availability on James’s connected Outlook calendar. Confirmed appointments are added to that calendar and use Microsoft Teams. Information you enter there is processed by Cal.com and the connected calendar and meeting providers. Review Cal.com’s privacy policy for its handling of booking information.

What to leave out

Do not submit passwords, payment details, patient records, private client data, or sensitive financial information. Use only the minimum detail needed to explain your request.

Questions or corrections

You may submit an inquiry requesting access, correction, or removal of information you provided. We may need to verify that the request relates to you. Contact info@motionaitraining.com or use the website inquiry form.
